I'm disturbed with beach vacation rentals that say they are "pet friendly" but what they are actually doing is charging a fee for you to take your dog(s) to the beach with you. Our dogs love the beach and we could never leave them behind when we go on vacation. Some rental owners charge a much as $250.00 per week per dog as their "fee". That equates to extra profit for the owner. Any damage a dog may do is covered by the insurance required by the rental company. There is nothing extra the owner has to do so we can take our dogs so it is pure, on the top, profit!!
We love the beach we go to or we wouldn't pay extra for the dogs.
